HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Hostel bills to be paid monthly in advance. 2. All the students are expected to maintain harmony, cordial and friendly relation among themselves. 3. Mobile Phones/Gutkha/Pan Masala/Cigarette/ Dendrite etc, are strictly prohibited. 4. Parents/Guardians may visit Hostel only on 2st & 4rd Sunday during 3:00 p.m to 5: 00 p.m of every month. 5. Students are liable to follow the routine /activity chart framed time to time by the hostel authority. Parents/Guardians are to co-operate to maintain the academic environment. 6. Disciplinary action will be taken on the student for bunking out and for any other unwanted/indiscipline act/indecent dress. In case of unauthorized bunking out / running away from the hostel, the Hostel Authority will not be made responsible. 7. In case of emergency / accident of any student, Parents/Guardians are liable to pay all the expenditure incurred for treatment including conveyance. 8. If property of Academy/Hostel/other student is damaged by any student, the Parents/Guardian of the student is liable to pay recovery of the same. 9. Hostel Fee to be paid irrespective of absence. 10. Children having bedwetting habit are not allowed in hostel. 11. No one should misbehave with any employee or Management of Hostel. 12. No students will be allowed to leave Hostel without approval in the Movement Card by the Hostel Authority. 13. No Parent /Guardian is allowed to enter Hostel dormitory to meet their wards without permission from hostel in charge. 14. No cooked food from outside is allowed. 15. The rules & regulations decided or revised by the Hostel authority is final and binding on both parents and students. 16. All the concerned persons are requested to provide suggestion to maintain Healthy Academic Environment. WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENTS FROM THE HOSTEL : If a student is withdrawn from the hostel during the session, the following rules would be applicable. 1.Notice of withdrawal must be given within 30 days before the last date of the term-I and term-II. Fee has to be paid for the entire period including the notice period. 2.If a student is absent for more than a month ,the name will be struck off from the register and the fresh admission would be sought with the advancement payment of two months. 3.Withdrawal on medical ground would be permitted on the production of medical certificate from a competent practitioner. 4.In the case of Non payment of installment fees , the student’s name will be struck off the roll after a month and the fresh admission would be sought.
